This film takes the form of a recollection of a memory as part of a discussion I had with my father. Exploring themes of alienation and longing, this work tracks the sharing of experiences between generations, visualising the power of discussion and understanding. As with recalling memories, the film tackles a number of different themes such as the strength of community and religion growing up in Ireland in the 1970s.
