Gaudi's Guardians
Pau, Age 13
This black and white illustration was drawn using black graphite and inspired by the architect Antoni Gaudí, a remarkable building shaper of the early twentieth century who had designed some of the most iconic buildings in Barcelona. These chimneys from Casa Milà, popularly known as 'La Pedrera', can be recognised because of their personification. This artistic exercise has let me have a taste of my own Catalan culture.
