God Is Really Creative...Look at Me

Self-portraits are a way of revealing something about yourself. I made my self-portrait using Grid. I used different shades of blue and yellow to draw myself. I used these colours because blue is a colour that defines my personality, proven by a quiz that I took which was based on Johannes Itten's colour psychology theory, and yellow is the complementary colour. I believe self-portraits show our inner self, because if done with abstract colour then they may show other aspects of a person like their personality or emotions. After I made this drawing I also edited the colours on Photoshop in our I.T. lesson. I made it more saturated, more contrasting and brighter, which really helped make my image shine.
