Night Dreams

My painting is called ‘Night Dreams’. I got my inspiration from an artist named Leonid Afremov, his paintings are bright and colourful. I tried to replicate his artwork because I found the technique he uses really unique and I wanted to try it for myself. A large canvas and oil based paints were used for this creation. This painting is special to me because I imagine a loving couple floating away into their colourful dreams at nightfall.
